Napolitan Pizza
Make easy napolitan pizza at Home. You dont need a expensive pizza oven. I cook my pizzas on a steel plate. It workes perfectly fine.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
We start with the poolish. Mix all ingredients for the poolish and let it rest on the bench for 15 mins uncovered.
* Step 2
After 15 mins, cover and let it rest another 1 hour in room temperature. And after 1 hour put it in the fridge over night (16-24h)
* Step 3
The day after, take the poolish out of the fridge at least 1 hour before you make the main dough. That’s for the poolish to get to room temperature.
* Step 4
When the poolish is at room temperature mix inn 300g Manitoba flour or bread flour. Mix in all the other ingredients and mix well for 10-15 mins.
* Step 5
The dough will be sticky but put some oil on your hands and it will be better. Don’t put more flour!
Take the dough out of the bowl to the bench and knead for 10 mins. Fold the dough and let it rest for 15 mins uncovered.
* Step 6
Oil your hands and make the dough smooth and let it rest for 1hour covered on the bench.
* Step 7
After 1hour make pizza balls à 250g each. Put some oil on a baking sheet and cover with plastic and let it rest for 2-3 hours before making beautiful pizzas.
* Step 8
Put your oven on 300 Celsius with the steel plate.
* Step 9
Have the dough ball in semolina flour in both sides and bake it out.
* Step 10
Put on your topping and enjoy😊
