Crabocado

Light and fresh - a good summer dish. If crab meat isn't available imitation crab works just fine, as does shrimp, cooked and chopped into 1/2 inch pieces.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1/2 cup

mayonnaise

1 stick

celery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice the veggies and mix with mayo and crab meat

* Step 2

Cut avocados in half, remove pit

* Step 3

Put veggie/mayo/crab mixture into the avocado.

* Step 4

Optional: top with a fried egg to make it a breakfast Crabocado
