Salt

red chilli

1/2 tsp

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan

* Step 2

Put cumin seeds

* Step 3

Put chopped chillies and ginger

* Step 4

Put turmeric powder

* Step 5

Add cut vegetables and stir well

* Step 6

Put salt and red chilli

* Step 7

Stir and cover

* Step 8

Simmer it till done

* Step 9

Put garam masala and roast well

* Step 10

Serve with chapati
