Aloo methi matar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean wash and chopped the fenugreek leaves

* Step 2

Peel wash and chopped the potatoes

* Step 3

Heat oil in a wok

* Step 4

Add chopped potatoes and roast them till brown

* Step 5

Now add chopped onions,green chillies,ginger and peas.

* Step 6

Cover it and cook on simmer till peas cook

* Step 7

Now add the leaves and stir well

* Step 8

Cover for 3 minutes.

* Step 9

Now open and cook till it becomes crisp.

* Step 10

Serve with parantha
