Ingredient

200 gm

paneer

to taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

1/4 tsp

red chilli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil and put cumin seeds

* Step 2

Add chopped onion.ginger.garlic paste

* Step 3

Saute well

* Step 4

Add fresh tomato pury and cook

* Step 5

Add salt and all masalas

* Step 6

Cook well

* Step 7

Add chopped capsicum and saute in the masala

* Step 8

Add 1 cup water when boil add paneer cubes

* Step 9

Mix well

* Step 10

Serve with lacha parantha
