carrom seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the batter of buttermilk and besan

* Step 2

Blend it properly

* Step 3

Heat oil

* Step 4

Put fenugreek seeds mustard seeds cumin seeds curry patta and dry red chillies

* Step 5

Add chopped onion and cook it

* Step 6

Put ginger garlic paste

* Step 7

Add salt,red chilli,turmeric powder

* Step 8

Pour buttermilk batter

* Step 9

After 1 boil simmer it for 20 minutes

* Step 10

For pakoras.Make the better of besan

* Step 11

Add chopped onion.green chillies.spinach leaves

* Step 12

Add salt and carrom seeds

* Step 13

Make small pakoras

* Step 14

Put it in the curry

* Step 15

Serve with rice
