Salt

1/4 tsp

red chilli

chat masala

as needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the better of besan adding salt.carrom seeds.red chilli.

* Step 2

Cut spinach and onions.

* Step 3

Mix in the better.

* Step 4

Stir well.

* Step 5

Heat oil

* Step 6

Make small fritters and fry them

* Step 7

Sprinkle.chat masala

* Step 8

Serve with chutney.

* Step 9
