Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil and put methidana.curry patta and dry red chilli.

Put onions and gng paste.

* Step 5

Cook it.

* Step 6

Pour the better and when boil cook on simmer.

For pakoras.make the better of besan.

* Step 8

Add salt and carrom seeds

* Step 9

Add chopped green chilli.onions and potatoes.

* Step 10

Mix well.

* Step 11

Heat oil

* Step 12

Make small pakoras

* Step 13

Put in the curry.

* Step 14

Heat 1 tsp oil and add red chill and temper this tadka on curry..

* Step 15

Garnish with green coriander.

* Step 16

Serve with steam rice..
