Orange Cinnamon semolina tea cake

#GA4 #week22 This is a yummy moist tea cake, give this a try.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take semolina, maida, sugar, oil, curd, 120gms milk, orange zest & cinnamon powder mix well cover it and keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile grease a baking tin and li e it with butter paper.

After 20 minutes add baking powder and baking soda to the semolina mix, add milk and give everything a good mix.

* Step 4

Pour the batter in the lined tin and bake the cake in a preheated oven over 170°c for 35-40 minutes.

* Step 5

Once done check with a toothpick, if it comes out clean remove it from the oven & cool it in the tin for 30 minutes then unmould it over the wire rack and cool it for 2 hours before slicing in. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
