#GA4 #week14 These are basically energy ladoos totally sugar free and so tasty I bet you won't stop at one.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast almonds & cashew nuts, then lightly roast the melon seeds, fennel seeds & poppy seeds for 30 seconds. When all of these come to room temperature add elichy powder and crush it into a coarse powder.
* Step 2
In a pan take 2tbsp ghee, once ghee melts add the dry fruit mixture and roast it on slow flame for 5-8 minutes or till you smell the aroma of nuts.
* Step 3
Now in the same pan take 2 more tbsp ghee, once the ghee melts add 1 cup of pitted dates and mash them & cook them for 4-5 minutes on low flame or till all of the dates come together in a ball shape.
* Step 4
Now add the roasted crushed nuts mixture to the dates &cook them both together for 2 minutes and then switch off the flame. Transfer the Ladoo mix to a big plate and let it cool down to room temperature.
* Step 5
After the mixture comes to room temperature you can add 2tsp of powdered sugar if you prefer the ladoos sweeter, I haven't added any sugar. Roll them and garnish them with rose petals (optional).
* Step 6
Store the Ladoos in an airtight container, they stay well for up to 10 days.
