Vermicelli kheer

Ingredient

100 gms

sugar

15 pieces

cashews

15 pieces

almonds

15 pieces

pistachios

4 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan take 4 tbsp ghee, once the ghee becomes warm add all the dry fruits & lightly fry them & immediately remove from the ghee, then add semi broken vermicelli to the same ghee.

* Step 2

Cook the vermisilli on low flame for 5-10 mins till it releases aroma, meanwhile in another pan take the milk & reduce it a little on low flame say for about 20 mins, then add the vermicelli in the milk & sugar & cook it on low flame for 10-15 mins, then add saffron & dry fruits and again cook it for another 10 minutes, then finally add condensed milk & cook it on low flame for another 20 mins.

* Step 3

Serve it warm or cold.
