Tomato & Coconut Sabji

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take oil in a pan, once it becomes hot, add urad daal & cook it for a minute, then add mustard seeds & curry leaves & cook it for 30 seconds, then add a pinch of hing & turmeric & mix well, then add chopped garlic & cook it for another 30 seconds, then add chopped tomatoes & mix well,cook it for 10 minutes, then add grated coconut & mix well & cook it for another 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Then add salt, sambhar powder, red chilli powder & mix well, cook it for another 8-10 minutes, then finally add chopped coriander & serve with chapati or neer dosa.
