Homemade Nachos

#56bhog recipe for Everything on this plate is made from scratch.

Ingredient

100 gm

malai flour

1 tbsp

oil

1 tsp

salt

1 tsp

oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve maida & makai flour together, then add salt, oregano, red chilli powder, oil & make a semi soft dough out of it.

* Step 2

Once the dough is ready rest it for 10min, then roll out big chapatis out of the dough & lightly toast it on the rava, then prick the chapati & cut it in triangles & deep fry it on high flame till golden brown.

* Step 3
