Ingredient

suji

3/4 cup

curd

1/2 tsp

eno

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix suji and curd add salt mix well add little water to get a batter consistensy.Keep aside for 10 mins

* Step 2

Now grease the moulds with oil

* Step 3

Add eno.

* Step 4

Then fill all the moulds with batter

* Step 5

Steam on high in microwave for 4 mins

* Step 6

Serve with chutney or sambhar

* Step 7

You can have it plain also
