Waffles

waffles are eaten throughout the world, particularly in Belgium, which has over a dozen regional varieties.Waffles may be made fresh or simply heated after having been commercially precooked and frozen.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Break the eggs and keep the egg yolks and the protein separate. Melt the butter on the defrosting position in the microwave oven.Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.

* Step 2

Mix the crystal and vanilla sugar, salt, yeast water, butter and egg yolks in the kitchen robot.Then stir in the milk and gradually the flour.

* Step 3
