Ingredient

butter

1/4 cup

flour

corn

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute all veggies, except potatoes, along with salt and pepper, in butter for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Add flour and reduce heat until browned. Add chicken stock, potatoes, corn and half and half. Simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes soft and flavors well blended.
