TBs Loaded Potato Soup
This recipe started as just a normal base potato soup. As it grew, I continued to add more ingredients. The fam loves this one.
Ingredient
Food ration :
4-6 people
Cooking time :
60 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add butter, Celery and onions to a soup pan and use half heat for about 5 minutes or until the butter is melted.
* Step 2
Dice the potatoes and add them to the mix. Heat for about 5 minutes and stir.
* Step 3
Sprinkle in the flour and stir until everything is coated.
* Step 4
Add broth, salt, pepper, and cook on warm for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
* Step 5
Add cream, cook and stir for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
Add bacon bits, green onions and cheese. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
* Step 7
Cover and simmer on low for 30-45 minutes or once potatoes are to your liking. Stir occasionally.
* Step 8
Serve hot or store and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
