Pancit Canton (Stir Fried Noodles)

Pancit Canton (Stir Fried Noodles)

Origin is from China but added a filipino twist

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 6 people

Cooking time :

30 to 40 mins
1/2 tbsp

sugar

1/4 tsp

black pepper

3 cups

water

4 cloves

garlic

1 bag

snow peas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute the garlic and onion into your pot with oil. Until it caramelized.

* Step 2

Then add the chicken, chicken cubes. Let it simmer for 3 mins.

* Step 3

Mix the mama sitas powder into the 3 cups of water.

* Step 4

Put the vegetables and the mix into the pot, add the black pepper. Cover and let it simmer for 3 to 5 mins, until the vegies half cooked.

* Step 5

Set aside some of the vegies before putting the Canton noodles.Let the noodle cook for 3 mins.

* Step 6

Then taste the sauce before you add again the rest of the vegies for final simmer like about 3 mins. Enjoy and serve while its hot.
