Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate pork in soy and pepper. Leave for 5 mins.

* Step 2

In a heated wok with oil. Sautee all together garlic shallot and ginger. Stir fry until aromatic.

* Step 3

Then add in minced pork. Cook until pork change color. Add a little water to cook well the pork.

* Step 4

When the sauce is thickens add the string beans, mix then cover to simmer.

* Step 5

Taste if need to add soy according to your taste. Cook until beans are cook, but not overcooked.
