Batter Fish, Chips and Salad

Good tasting, simple recipe for family favorite dish fish and chips. Serve with vinegar, lemon, tartar sauce and fresh salad, yummyyyy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine flour and salt in a bowl.  Make a hole in the middle and add soda water or beer gradually, using a whisk to stir until well blended.

* Step 2

Heat the oil in a Teflon or large skillet.  Heat over medium heat until hot and ready to use.

* Step 3

Dip the fish pieces one by one into the batter until coated and fry for about 3-4 minutes or until crisp and golden.  Repeat until the fish is finished and finished.

* Step 4

Serve batter fish with french fries and salad or according to taste.
