SUP IGA SAPI (Beef Ribs Clear Sup)

The recipe for Ribs Soup with beef or mutton is just as delicious, if you have never tasted it then you can try my recipe this time. There are so many kinds of soup that we can enjoy with a plate of rice, but the choice this time fell on the special rib soup. The aroma is so appetizing, if it smells really good it will already taste good. And because the wheater today in queensland is so windy and dusty and we really need something to warmup. So I decided to cook this delicious sup and taste so good and everybody happy .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash beef ribs, boil with ginger and salt until stiff, then remove and set aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, saute ground spices, add cinnamon and cloves. stir until smells good then remove.

* Step 3

Simmer the sauteed spices in the sauce pan, put it back on the heat until it boils. Then reduce the heat, cover the pan. Cook until the broth from the ribs comes out and the stock is reduced and the meat is tender.

* Step 4

Add tomatoes and spring onions, cook until all ingredients are cooked, then remove from heat.

* Step 5

Transfer the soup to a serving bowl, sprinkle with fried shallots and celery. Serve with complement, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, warm rice and also crakers.
