Eggs Boiled With Herbs and Spices (Telur Pindang)

This week I been so busy cooking jackfruit in different way ( curry, Gudeg and Sauteed JACKFRUIT ). So I don't have time to do chalange with #mysterybag2 #CookpadUk . But today I try just make something easy and simple boiled eggs with spices and herbs. So this type of boiled eggs can be substituted with guava leaves too. Because guava leaves add a reddish brown thing to the eggs.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put eggs in a pan with other Ingrediants, and cover with water. Boil for about 10 minutes. Heat the shell lightly to crack them. Continue cooking over low heat about 30 minutes or 1 hours until the colour and aroma are absorbed.
