Beef Rendang

The best Indonesian Food, and Rendang is a spicy meat dish which originated in Indonesia, especially the ethnic group of Minangkabau people, and is now commonly served across the country. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Simmer coconut with turmeric leaf, kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass and asam gelugur, slice chilies and ground spicies until the milk thickeness and become oily.

Reduce heat, add beef and cook until tender.
