Milkmaid Mooli Burfi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly Boiled grated mooli.
* Step 2
Take 2 tablespoons of milk soaked kesar in it.
* Step 3
Than Boiled the milk and add the mooli in it and saute it.
* Step 4
When milk get thicken add milkmaid, cardamom powder.
* Step 5
Then saute it regularly. Now add kesar and mix it.
* Step 6
When mooli get thicked, switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Take one bowl grease it and put mixutre in it and put for 15 minutes for setting.
* Step 8
Then cut in desired shapes and garnish with dry fruits then enjoyed it.
