Papaya Coconut Ladoos

Ingredient

2 tablespoons

dessicated coconut

1 teaspoon

cardamom powder

2 tablespoons

Jaggery

2 tablespoons

rasins

1 tablespoon

cranberry

1 tablespoon

peanuts for garnish

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take pan put 1 cup water and Jaggery then make Syrup.

* Step 2

Meanwhile, grate papaya and put in a nonstick pan and roast it on low flame.

* Step 3

After that add dessicated coconut, cardamom powder, rasins, cranberry and mix it nicely.

* Step 4

When papaya getting soft add jaggery Syrup and cooked the papaya.

* Step 5

Papaya get thicken and gathered, it's cooked. Keep it for cooling than make Ladoo and garnish with Peanuts.
