Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly heat oil and add panch phoran splutter them. Then fry onion, chillies and ginger till onions are translucent.
* Step 2
Add tomato and 1/3 cup water. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Mix and cook till tomatoes are soft.
* Step 3
Serve Tomato khatta as dip.
