rice

1 litre

milk

Pinch

kesar

1/2 teaspoon

cardamom powder

1 tablespoon

pumpkin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly boiled the milk and after that put rice and cooked it till rice cooked and milk get thicker.

* Step 2

Then add kesar, cardamom powder and mix it properly.

* Step 3

After completely cooked and milk get reduced, switch off the flame.

* Step 4

Then add Jaggery powder and mix it properly.

* Step 5

Served in bowl, garnish with pumpkin seeds.
