ajwain(carom seeds)

Turmeric powder

kashmiri Mirchi

1 teaspoon

lemon juice

2 tablespoon

curd

1 tablespoon

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly boiled the Arbi for 15 min. In water then mix all marination Ingredients except chat masala and oil.

* Step 2

Then marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

* Step 3

Now heat 3 tablespoon oil in a thick bottomed tawa/griddle or a frying pan.

* Step 4

When the oil becomes hot, place a Arbi and swallow fry it and arrange all in toothpick and sprinkle chat masala before serving.
