Stuffed Soya Granules in Carrot Besan Kebabs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soaked soya granules for 10 minutes. Then squeeze it and keep aside.
* Step 2
Now take Kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds splutter them the add onion paste saute it.
* Step 3
After that add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garma masala powder, salt, kasuri methi and saute it. When oil separated add soya granules and saute it for 2 minutes, then switch off the flame.
* Step 4
Now take big bowl put besan, oil, salt, afesotedia, carrot juice and make soft dough.
* Step 5
Then take small ball and make puri with rolling pin and board.
* Step 6
Take puri in centre put fillings and roll it and closed it from everyside. Like this make all Kebabs rolls.
* Step 7
Meanwhile put water in steamer and boil it, then on stand put all kebab rolls for steaming for 10 minutes.
* Step 8
Then take all kebab rolls and cut it into desired shapes and served with any dip or sauce.
