Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take Besan in bowl put jeera, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, oil and mix it nicely then with water make tight dough and keep aside.
* Step 2
Now take one small ball and give shape like diyas and batti. Make all diyas.
* Step 3
Then in kadhai heat oil and deep fry all diya mathris.
