Sabudana Spinach Kofta in Daliya Curry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly boiled daliya for 10 minutes. Then in grinder grind sabudana in fine powder.
* Step 2
Now chopped onion, ginger, tomato, chilli and garlic and grind it in grinder.
* Step 3
Then take bowl put chopped spinach, sabudana powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and mix it nicely.
* Step 4
Then take appam.patra and make kofta balls in it without using oil.
* Step 5
Now take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds and when crackle add onion, tomato paste saute it till oil seprated.
* Step 6
Then add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi, Kitchen king masala and saute it.
* Step 7
Now add boiled daliya and saute till oil seprated. Then add required water, you add as per your requirement of gravy consistency.
* Step 8
Then add kofta balls and give one boil.
Your Sabudana Spinach Kofta in Daliya Gravy is ready for relishing with roti, rice.
