Mango Rasmalai

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly in a wide pan add 2 cup water and sugar, allow the sugar to melt on high flame.
* Step 2
Now knead the paneer very well, at least for 10-12 minutes and make a soft and smooth dough.
* Step 3
Now by taking small portions from the dough make 5-6 equal size round balls.
* Step 4
While the sugar syrup is boiling, put the balls into the syrup.
* Step 5
Cover the pan with a tight lead and boil the Rasgulla for 10 minutes on medium to high flame.
* Step 6
Now take milk and boiled it and on sim gas stir continusally.
* Step 7
When milk reduced add sugar and mango puree. When Rasmalai become thicken. Then switch off the flame.
* Step 8
Take Rasgulla put in Mango Rasmalai and put in serving plate and garnishing with nuts.
