Besan

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

Coriander seeds

1 teaspoon

cumin

1 tablespoon

mustard oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take bowl put 2 cup water, Besan, curd, red chilli, turmeric powder and mixed it nicely.

* Step 2

Meanwhile small cut brinjal from front​. Then take bowl put Besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it nicely.

* Step 3

After that take brinjal and deep in besan mixture and deep fry all brinjal.

* Step 4

Than take kadhai put oil heat it then add Coriander, cumin, red dry chilles splutter them then add mixture of besan and curd which we made it.

* Step 5

Then on low flame cooked it and stir it continusally. When it cooked add brinjal pakode and give one boiled.

* Step 6

Your Brinjal kadhi is ready to eat with rice.
