Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice dried tofu into strips.Heat pan and pour cooking oil.Then fry the tofu until done.Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan sautee shallots until fragrant.Then drop the chives together with beansprout.Mix it quickly then add black pepper and chicken powder.
* Step 3
Keep sir fry dont overcook.It.must be crunchy when serve.
