Sweet and Sour Carp

Ingredient

2 slices

ginger

2 tbsp

flour

2 tbsp

ketchup

1 tbsp

brown sugar

1 tbsp

vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut the fish into cubes.Pat dry then rub with flour.

* Step 2

Heat pan then add oil then fry the fish until done.Remove then set aside for later use.

* Step 3

Slice chilli into small dice.Slice shallits too and the ginger slice into strips

* Step 4

In the same pan with oil sautee ginger shallots and chilli.

* Step 5

Combine vinegar,sugar,ketchup and flour diluted in water.Mix well then pour in the pan.Mix wel then put back the fried fish.Cook a minute then serve.
