Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the Dal for 3 hours. After it grind it by adding green chilli and make the paste.
* Step 2
In the bowl add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, corn, dry masala and chopped dhaniya leave. Mix it properly.Divide the mixture into two parts.
* Step 3
In the Dal paste add salt and whisk it till Dal get fluffy. Add one part of the veggie mixture in it and mix it properly.
* Step 4
Take the tawa heat it spreed some oil. Pour the batter and spread the some amount of mixture on it. Cover it with lid. Cook it in medium flame.when one side get cooked flip it and cook another side till golden brown. Cut into 4 parts. Sprinkle some chat masala over it.
* Step 5
Serve it hot with ketchup.
