Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and clean the baby potatoes.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a cooker add ginger and green chilli saute for a minute.

* Step 3

Now add all spices except garam masala and amchur saute it.

* Step 4

Now add peas and baby potatoes mix well.

* Step 5

Cover the lid take 2 whistles,cook on low flame for another 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Remove the lid add garam masala and amchur.

* Step 7

Serve with paratha.
