Aloo ki tarkari

Ingredient

250 gm

Potatoes

as needed

Oil

1 cup

onion

1 cup

tomato

1/4 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil patotes and keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan add turmeric red chilli powder coriander powder add onion, tomato, ginger.

* Step 3

Add 1/2 cup of water and cook till it gets a boil.

* Step 4

Then add crushed potatoes in it cook for some time.

* Step 5

Now pour tarka of button chillies and serve.
