Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak both dal overnight then grind them and make a thick paste. Add salt and baking soda in it mix it well.
* Step 2
Take this paste with spoon and put it in hot oil and fry it.all bhallas frying after these bhallas put in water and cool them.
* Step 3
Now take 4 or 5 bhallas in a bowl add green chutney, dahi, tomato ketchup and add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, jeera powder according to taste and serve it.
