Ingredient

250 Gm

beans

1 tsp

jeera

1 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add some jeera to it.

* Step 2

Add potatoes to the pan. Fry them for 2-3 min till they start to brown very slightly.

* Step 3

Now add chopped green beans to the pan

* Step 4

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt.

* Step 5

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 min till the potatoes and beans are cooked.

* Step 6

Mix everything well and cook for 2 min.

* Step 7

Aloo beans is ready. Serve it hot.
