Beef mince stuffed butter garlic naan

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make dough take half kg dough, add half t sp salt/a sachet yeast/ yogurt/oil and water as required. Rest it in warm place for an hr for proofing. Then make big tortilla of it.
* Step 2
While dough proofing prepare filling. First marinate beef mince by adding all seasoning /onions /green peppers in it for 15 minutes. Then take a pan add oil and min in it.
* Step 3
Put lid on pan and let it cook on low flame until done.
* Step 4
Put the filling on tortilla.
* Step 5
Fold fron four sides to make stuffed naan. Cook it from both sides well. place aside. Now in a pan make garlic butter by adding pinch salt/garlic paste/coriander leaves in it. Apply on Stuffed naan and seve it hot with tea or any beverage.
