Peel them of, wash them then cut into small cubes

Now take a pan. An sautee an onion chopped in 3 tb spoon oil

Now put chopped turnip and green peppers in it

And cook on medium low flame until done. keep stirring while cooking

Add coriander leaves when cook.

Ready. Serve with roti, rice or paratha whatever you like
