Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all clean and wash yellow Lentil.

* Step 2

Take a pan put all ingredients in it except coriander leaves then let it cook on medium flame until semi thick batter type.

* Step 3

Turn off the stove. Now in a frying pan put 3 tb sp desi ghee and garlic cloves then sautee it for 30 sec on low flame.

* Step 4

Now pour it on Coked lentil.

* Step 5

Ready serve it with rice, naan or roti as u like.
