Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the rajma in water overnight

* Step 2

Cook the beans in a pressure cooker and make sure they are soft and can be mashed

* Step 3

Filter the water from beans

* Step 4

Boil, peel, mash the potatoes and take a bowl and mashed potatoes and beans together and add spices and mix well

* Step 5

Heat oil in a pan and add this in a pan, cook it for 8 to 10 min at low flame

* Step 6

Fry it on tava with butter
