Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Separate stems and leaves of spinach and wash it.

Make a paste of spinach.. You can also make paste with boiled spinach leaves.

Cut onion and make a paste with green chillies, ginger garlic, tomato, soaked cashews nuts,fresh malai together.

Heat oil in kadai add bay leaf and cumin seeds.

* Step 5

Add onion paste and stir it nicely till oil releases from sides. Add dry spices. Mix it well

* Step 6

Add spinach paste.. Mix it properly.cook it for 5-6 minutes.

* Step 7

Add boiled sweet corn again cook it for 4-5 minutes.

* Step 8

Serve hot with roti or naan or fulka.
