Palak Patra Healthy and Tasty

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the palak leaves and dry using a clean kitchen towel.
* Step 2
Take one Bowl add besan, rice flour ginger,garlic,chilli paste, Ajwain, garam masala, hing, haldi powder, Tamarind and Jaggery pulp and salt. Mix it make a thick paste using water.
* Step 3
On flat surface. Place a leaf apply little besan mixture and spread it using your fingers to make an even layer.
* Step 4
Apply little batter (gram flour mixture) on another leaf and place it.Fold the leaf around 1/2 ” from both side.
* Step 5
Roll it up tightly, while applying besan mixture with each fold. Keep aside.Steam it for 15 Min.
Cool it and cut it in 1/2 inch slice.
* Step 6
Take non stick tawa add oil,add sesame, mustard seeds and Shallow fry all the patras.
* Step 7
Serve it with green chutney and sauce
