Rava (semolina)
1/2 cup
Curd

Cheese grated

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk curd and add semolina in it. Add some water to made a batter. Add salt and give rest to 15 mins.
* Step 2
After 15 minutes add chopped onion and green chillies in semolina batter. Mix it well.
* Step 3
Now heat a pan spread thick batter on it in after it sets on pan spread thin layer of a garlic chutney on Uttapam sprinkle chopped tomatoes on it. Keep the flame low.
* Step 4
Sprinkle grated cheese on it and cover it wit lid. Check in between. When cheese melts and tomato cook softly and Uttapam cook from all the sides remove it from pan and keep it in a serving dish.
* Step 5
Now sprinkle some sev and tomato sauce on it. And serve it.
