Lauki ka Halwa (choco and rose flavored)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly rinse then peel bottle gourd, taste a small piece.. If it tastes bitter or sour don't use it.. Otherwise grate it.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in kadhai and add grated bottle gourd in it and mix very well in ghee,saute it on medium to low flame, stir often when sauteing

* Step 3

Saute Lauki still moisture dries.. Add milk in it

* Step 4

Continue to Cook on low to medium flame.. In between do stir at times.

* Step 5

Cook it till 3/4 of milk absorbed add sugar and cardamom pwder and chopped nuts.

* Step 6

Stirring often till lauki halwa mixture coming together and thickens.when you see ghee releases from the sides of kadhai then off the flame..

* Step 7

Take two bowls and pour 1-1tspn Hershey's syrup and rose syrup in it.. Spread it to all the sides (circulate bowls) and add halwa in it and garnish with chopped nuts and drop of both the syrup s.
