Nolen gur sandesh
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat milk and when it comes to a boil, add calcium lactate. The milk will curdle
* Step 2
Strain and drain out excess water. Mix nolen gur and microwave the mixture for 3 - 4 minutes.
* Step 3
Cool the mixture. Now churn in a mixer grinder till a little smooth and starts forming a ball.
* Step 4
Make balls of this mixture. Sprinkle liquid gur on top
