Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First peel off the gourd then wash it and cut it in small pieces.
* Step 2
Now heat up a pan with oil add cumin powder crackle it then add green chilli sauté it.
* Step 3
Now add chopped gourd, salt and turmeric powder mix it cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
* Step 4
After that open the lid and cook it on high flame to remove any excess water.
* Step 6
Our simple healthy bottle gourd fry is ready.
